Renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and driver’s license requirements of the renter are authorized drivers at no additional charge. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements. An additional charge of $15 per day for each additional authorized driver will be added to the cost of the rental, unless other contractual conditions apply.

Our office is located at 180 Schoephoester Drive, Windsor Locks, CT. If you are returning after hours, please proceed to the parking garage and follow signs for Car Rental Returns. Please ensure vehicle is locked before leaving and you have all your personal items. Customers are responsible for the condition of the vehicle until business opens. Keys may be placed in the drop box located next to the Customer Service Return Booth.

Travel into Canada is allowed. Renters traveling into Canada may rent the following vehicle classes: Economy through Full Size cars and Minivans.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW we agree, subject to the actions that invalidate CDW listed on the rental agreement, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of, the vehicle. DW does not apply to damage occurring in Mexico. When deciding whether or not to purchase CDW, you may wish to check with your insurance representative or credit card company to determine whether, in the event of damage to, or theft of, vehicle, you have coverage or protection for such damage or theft and the amount of your deductible or out-of-pocket risk. *For rentals originating in California- CDW ranges between 16.99 USD and 500.00 USD per day depending on the type of vehicle rented.

For retail rentals only secured with Extended Protection within the cost of the rental (excluding any liability protection or insurance coverage provided under a commercial contract), the following shall apply: Extended Protection (EP) (Where available): Owner provides Renter or any AAD with third party liability protection in an amount equal to the minimum financial responsibility limits applicable to the vehicle (the Primary Protection). EP also provides additional third party liability protection, through an excess liability policy, with limits of the difference between the Primary Protection and a combined single limit of $1 million per accident for bodily injury and/or property damage to others arising out of the use or operation of the Owner rental vehicle by Renter or an AAD, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. EP includes UM/UIM coverage for bodily injury and property damage (only where required by law for property damage) in an amount equal to the minimum financial responsibility limits applicable to the Vehicle (the Primary Protection), and additional coverage, through an excess liability policy, with limits for the difference between the statutory minimum underlying limits and $100,000 per accident (for rentals commencing in New York, UM/UIM limits are $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident; for rentals commencing in Hawaii, the UM/UIM limits are $1,000,000 combined single limit) or state mandated UM/UIM limit, whichever is greater. OWNER AND RENTER REJECT ANY ADDITIONAL UM/UIM COVERAGE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EP, including UM/UIM benefits is provided only when Renter or any AAD are driving the Vehicle. No claim for UM/UIM may be made due to the negligence of the driver of the Vehicle. EP coverage is in effect only while another AAD or Renter is driving the Vehicle within the United States and Canada; coverage does not apply in Mexico. ADDITIONAL POLICY EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE: (A) BODILY INJURY OR DEATH TO RENTER, ANY AAD, OR TO THE BLOOD RELATIVES OR FAMILY OF RENTER OR AN AAD, IF SUCH RELATIVES OR FAMILY RESIDE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD WITH RENTER OR WITH AN AAD; (B) PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE; (C) FINES, PENALTIES, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (D) BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE EXPECTED OR INTENDED FROM THE STANDPOINT OF THE INSURED; AND (E) ANY OBLIGATION FOR WHICH THE INSURED OR THE INSURED’S INSURER MAY BE HELD LIABLE UNDER ANY WORKER’S COMPENSATION, DISABILITY BENEFITS OR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAW OR ANY SIMILAR LAW. (F) BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE EXPECTED OR INTENDED FROM THE STANDPOINT OF RENTER OR AADS. Note: Any UM/UIM benefits paid are included in the $1 million combined single limit EP coverage and in no way increase the combined single limit amount referenced above. As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1 - Prepay Fuel This option allows the renter to pay for the fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel. Option 2 - We Refill This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. Prices will be higher than local fuel prices. Additional charges may be added. Option 3 - You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.

Customers who reside in the United States, U.S. Territories, or Canada Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories, or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued Driver’s license which includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period. Members of the United States Armed Forces who are on active duty may present an expired home state license under the following conditions: They also present an Active Military ID, and They are in compliance with their military extension policy of the state which issued the license. These policies vary by state and customers are encouraged to check with the appropriate department of motor vehicles for more information. Customers renting in Florida and presenting a Connecticut or Delaware license: As of July 1, 2023, certain, but not all, licenses issued by the foregoing states are considered invalid under Florida law and will not be accepted. Please check with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to determine if your license is valid under Florida law. As of August 14, 2023, information regarding license validity was able to be located at the following webpage on the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website - https://www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/visiting-florida-faqs/ Customers travelling to the U.S. and Canada from other countries It is important that customers check with the appropriate Department of Motor Vehicles in the States or Provinces in which they intend to travel to ensure compliance with their various licensing laws. Digital licenses are not accepted. The following practices are used to ensure the customer is presenting a facially valid license at the time of rental. Customers traveling to the United States and Canada from another country must present the following: Their home country driver’s license that is valid, unexpired and includes a photograph, and If the home country license is in a language other than English (or French, for rentals in Canada) and the letters are English (i.e. German, Spanish, etc.) an International Driver’s Permit is recommended, but not required, for translation purposes in addition to the home country license. If the home country license is in a language other than English and the letters are not English (i.e.alphabet is not an extended Latin-based alphabet like German or Spanish but is Russian, Japanese, Arabic, etc.) an International Driver’s Permit is required. If an International Driver’s permit cannot be obtained in the home country, another professional, type-written translation may be substituted. In either case the home country license must also be presented. Customers may not rent a vehicle solely with the International Driver’s Permit. The International Driver’s Permit is a translation of the individual’s home country license and is not considered a license nor is it considered valid identification. In some US and Canadian locations, customers not holding a US/Canadian driver’s license may be asked to provide additional, valid government-issued documentation. Examples of this may include a valid passport. Customers with a driver's license from Mexico may be required to present a valid voter registration card from Mexico. In addition, inbound and outbound travel documentation may be required. Other requirements Photocopies of Driver’s Licenses are not accepted “Learner’s Permits” are not accepted. Any license which, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyzer apparatus is not accepted. Temporary Driver’s Licenses may be refused if the renting location is unable to otherwise verify the customer’s identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional Government-issued identification may be required.

12 15 Passenger Van Corporate Requirements 12 15 Passenger Vans Policy for ALL STATES: Renters of these vehicles must be 25 years of age or older. If the primary driver of this vehicle is 25 years of age or older, they must accept the terms and conditions below. The following terms apply to the rental of this type of vehicle, in addition to those set forth in the Rental Agreement. Please read before booking your rental. The van will not be operated or used in Canada. The van does not meet Federal Bus Safety Standards and will not be used to transport children in the twelfth (12th) grade or younger, other than family members, for school related functions. PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL SPECIFIC STATE CONDITIONS BELOW FOR CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK, CONNECTICUT, NEW JERSEY, VERMONT, and RHODE ISLAND: Additional Terms Conditions, if renting in California Each driver of the van shall possess the requisite driver's license necessary for the operation of the van dependent on usage and/or organizational status of the renting company. That if the van is to be used for transporting passengers for hire or profit, or by any nonprofit organization or group, all drivers of the van shall possess a valid class B license with a passenger transport endorsement. That if the van is used by any public or private school or school district (including any California community or state college), as governed by Section 39800.5 of the Education Code or Section 10326.1 of the Public Contract Code, all drivers of the van shall possess a valid class B license with a passenger transport endorsement. Additional Terms and Conditions if renting in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Vermont All renters and additional drivers must have verifiable collision, comprehensive and liability insurance. Vans may not be used to transport non family members that are in the twelfth (12th) grade or younger. A major credit card is required for deposit to rent a 12/15 passenger van in New York, Vermont and Newark Airport. If renting in New Jersey, a major credit card may be required. Renters should contact the branch prior to making a reservation for payment requirements Additional Terms and Conditions if renting in Rhode Island All renters and additional drivers must have liability insurance that transfers to a large passenger van. For a commercial auto policy the renter/driver must have minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 that transfers to a large passenger van.

Personal Effects Coverage (PEC) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, the PEC contained in the policy insures the personal effects of the renter, additional drivers or any individual who is traveling with the renter against risks of loss or damage. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PEC is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PEC policy underwritten by Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the United States. The purchase of PEC is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by PEC may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. We are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage; therefore, the renter should examine their personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PEC.

RENTER REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICIES RENTER REQUIREMENTS POLICY All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older. All renters must have a valid driver’s license. Individuals with learners’ or instructional permits are not eligible to rent. This is only a summary. For additional details, please reference the Driver’s License Information Policy. AGE The underage surcharge for drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 is $25 per day. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 may rent the following vehicle classes: Economy through Full Size cars, Cargo and Minivans, and up to an Intermediate Size SUV. DEBIT CARD/MONEY ORDER • At airport locations, debit cards and money orders are accepted at the time of rental if accompanied by a ticketed return travel itinerary. • Renters using a debit card or money order without a ticketed return travel itinerary may rent the following vehicle classes: Economy through Full Size cars, Cargo and Minivans, Pickup Trucks up to ¾ ton, and Compact, Small and Standard SUVs with seating up to 5 passengers. Additionally, Renters seeking to rent Jeep Wrangler, Sporty or Convertible classes with a debit card must provide evidence of a transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy. • Renters using a debit card or money order without a ticketed return travel itinerary must present two of the following items, each of which must indicate the renter’s current home address and match the other: current operator’s license, a utility bill, cellular phone bill, paycheck or paystub, an original declaration page from an active auto insurance policy. Utility bill(s), cellular phone bill(s) and paycheck or paystub must be originals, dated within 30 days and have no past due balance. • Active duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements. If using a debit card for any amounts owed, the available funds in the account associated with Renter’s debit card will be reduced by those amounts. Additionally, Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred. Please read the Forms of Payment portion of this policy (see below) for additional details pertaining to the use of debit cards and money orders at this location. INSURANCE VERIFICATION At the time of rental, Renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary must provide evidence of a transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Jeep Wrangler, Sporty and Convertible. FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICY The following forms of payment are accepted for the rental. VISA® MasterCard® American Express® Discover Network® Debit Card Money Order The Estimated Total for the rental on the Review Reserve screen and/or in the email reservation confirmation will be charged to the form of payment provided by Renter. If the rental as reserved is modified, the estimated total amount for the rental may change and would still be charged to the form of payment provided by Renter. At the time of the rental, Renter will sign a rental contract (the “Contract”) which applies to the rental and includes a Rental Agreement Summary and the Additional Terms and Conditions. DEPOSIT AMOUNT To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters without a ticketed return travel itinerary will be required to provide a credit card, debit card or money order to cover the cost of the rental and a deposit of $400. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Renter must use an above listed form of payment for the deposit amount. The deposit amount will not be available for use by Renter and/or refunded to Renter until after the vehicle has been returned. If Renter incurs additional amounts owed under the Contract, those additional amounts may be deducted from Renter’s deposit amount, if applicable. If those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if applicable, they will be charged to the form of payment provided by Renter at the time of rental unless Renter provides a different above listed form of payment to be charged. If using a debit card for any of the above amounts, the available funds in the account associated with Renter’s debit card will be reduced by those amounts. Additionally, Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred. Prepaid cards are not acceptable forms of payment at the time of rental, including for the deposit amount, but may be used to pay any amounts due at the end of the rental after the vehicle has been returned. Cash is not accepted. In addition to one of the above listed forms of payment, credit cards with sufficient available credit which are listed on Renter's Profile or Loyalty Account (Emerald Club, E Club, etc.) will be accepted as payment for all amounts owed under the Contract. All amounts owed by Renter under the Contract will be submitted (a) as an authorization to be a hold against and ultimately charged to Renter’s credit card or debit card, or (b) to be charged to Renter’s debit card. Please read the Renter Requirements policy (see above) for additional details pertaining to the use of debit cards and general rental requirements at this location.

The deposit amount will not be available for use by Renter and/or refunded to Renter until after the vehicle has been returned. If Renter incurs additional amounts owed under the Contract, those additional amounts may be deducted from Renter’s deposit amount, if applicable. If those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if applicable, they will be charged to the form of payment provided by Renter unless Renter provides a different above listed form of payment to be charged. The Estimated Total and deposit (as applicable) for the rental will be processed on the form of payment you provide. The Estimated Total will be processed upon completion of Check In and any applicable deposit will be processed when you pick up your vehicle. If any third party to whom billing was directed refuses to make payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will remain responsible for payment of these amounts and these amounts may be processed on the form of payment you provide. If the rental as checked in is modified, the Estimated Total amount for the rental may change and would still be charged the form of payment that you provided. We will take one or more incremental authorizations and/or deposits if you incur additional charges for your rental. All amounts owed by you under the rental contract will be (a) submitted as an authorization to be a hold against and ultimately charged to Renter’s credit or debit card, or (b) charged to Renter’s debit card.

The Estimated Total for the rental will be charged to the form of payment you provide. To account for renters potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the applicable rental contract, at the time your Vehicle is assigned, renters maybe required to provide a deposit of up to $500. The deposit amount will not be available for use by Renter and/or refunded to Renter until after the Vehicle has been returned. If Renter incurs additional amounts owed under the Contract, those additional amounts may be deducted from Renter’s deposit amount, if applicable. If those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if applicable, they will be charged to the form of payment provided.

Renter may purchase Roadside Plus (RSP) from Owner for an additional fee. If Renter purchases RSP, Owner agrees, subject to the actions that invalidate Collision Damage Waiver, to contractually waive Renter’s responsibility for the cost to provide 24/7 roadside assistance (where available) which includes replacement of lost keys (including remote entry devices), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed. Cost of a replacement tire is not covered by RSP), lockout service (if the keys are locked inside the vehicle), jumpstarts, and fuel delivery service for up to 3 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel if Vehicle is out of fuel. Roadside Plus services are only available in the United States and Canada. If Renter does not purchase RSP, or RSP is invalidated as set forth above, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges will apply. RSP does not apply in Mexico. For roadside assistance call 1-800-803-4444. In CA, KS, MO, NV and NY, keys are not covered by RSP.

If arriving without checked luggage, please follow signs for rental cars to Door 6 and proceed across the street to Skybridge. Please be aware the walk from the Airport across the Skybridge is roughly 725 feet (a little over 2 city blocks) so please plan accordingly. After arriving at Alamo, proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement. If retrieving checked luggage, please proceed to baggage claim. From there, return to the departures level on the second floor via elevator or escalator, follow signs for rental cars to Door 6, cross street and proceed over Skybridge. Please be aware the walk from the Airport across the Skybridge is roughly 725 feet ( a little over 2 city blocks) so please plan accordingly. After arriving at Alamo, proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement. Upon arrival, please proceed to baggage claim. From there, follow signs for rental cars and proceed over Skybridge. Proceed to the Alamo counter and obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, SLP provides the renter and authorized drivers with up to $300,000 combined single limit for third party liability claims. If the renter accepts SLP, Alamo provides third party liability protection up to the applicable minimum financial responsibility limit and Zurich American Insurance Company provides excess third party liability insurance coverage from the applicable minimum financial responsibility limit to $300,000. This is a summary only. SLP is subject to the terms, conditions, provisions, limitations and exclusions in the supplemental rental liability insurance excess policy underwritten by Zurich American Insurance Company. The purchase of SLP is optional and not required to rent a car. The coverage provided by SLP may duplicate the renters existing coverage. Alamo is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renters existing coverage; therefore the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by SLP.

Our TollPass Program is our electronic toll collection program which allows our renters to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay cash. In addition, many toll plazas have converted to all electronic tolling and removed the option for travelers to stop and pay cash at toll plazas. The TollPass Program is offered in different ways, depending on where you rent.
