All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional for economy to fullsize and mandatory for premium and above. You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss of the vehicle. A deductible of $500 applies to all cars, a deductible of $1000 applies to the Minivan. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

Delivery and Collection not available. Customer must pre-arrange pick-up or drop off. Pick-up - drop-off available at no additional cost for local hotels along Tumon Bay. Pick-up - drop-off available at an additional cost for hotels outside the Tumon Bay area ranging from 20.00 to 30.00 depending on distance. Pick-up - drop-off available at an additional cost from airport locations to the following locations - All piers on and off base including commercial port - 25.00 -Naval Hospital - 25.00 - Andersen Mac Terminal - 25.00 - Andersen Base - 25.00 From Navy base office to the following locations: - Naval station base housing - barracks, camp Covington, victor and x-ray pier - 5.00 - Romeo, Sierra and Shipyard pier - 8.00 - Kilo wharf - 10.00 - Echo pier and Polaris point - 25.00 - Andersen Air force Base Terminal from the Navy office - 30.00 For out of hours pick-ups and drop-off contact the Guam International Airport 649 - 0110.

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1- We Refill This option allows the renter to pay Alamo at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A surcharge will also apply. Option 2- You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that it had when was pickup to avoid extra fuel charges.

The purchase of CDW1 is optional for Economy to Fullsize and MANDATORY for Premium and above. CDW1 - 15.95 USD Economy to Premium Per Day CDW1 - 19.95 USD Convertible and Above Per Day Third Party Liability - TPL - provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is operated. The Third Party Liability - TPL limits is at 1,000,000 per occurrence which covers bodily injury, property and damage at a combined single limit of 1,000,000 to the third party claimant.

Customers must present a full and valid driving licence from country or origin. An International driving licence/permit is not required.

From the baggage claim area go to customs Walk toward the passenger exit and right to the east arrival section. The Alamo rental counter will be located 70 feet from the sliding exit door on the right. Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Third Party Liability (TPL) provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibilitylaws of the country where the vehicle is operated. The Third Party Liability (TPL limits is at $1,000,000 per occurrence/appregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of $1,000,000 to the third party claimant.

Zero Deductible Coverage (ZDC) – Zero Deductible Coverage is not insurance. The purchase of ZDC is optional for the customer. The customer may purchase ZDC for an additional fee. If you purchase ZDC, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the ZDC, to contractually waiver your responsibility for all costs of damage that may occur to the rental vehicle. When purchased with Collision Damage Waiver or Third Party Liability, this coverage reduces the customer's deductible to 0.00 USD.
