All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. The maximum age to rent is 75. Renters between the age of 21 and 24 may rent all categories except Standard SUV, Premium SUV, Fullsize SUV ,Fullsize Pick up truck. A young driver fee of 10.00 USD per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24. All drivers must have held their driving license for a minimum of 3 years.

Alamo Protection Package (APP) is a package product that includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Deductible Protection (DP), and Third Party Liability (TPL). The purchase of the APP is optional and not required. The Alamo Protection Package excludes lost keys and smoking in the vehicle. Therefore, in the event of a lost key, the hirer will be charged BBD$1000 (approx. US$500), and in the event of smoking in the vehicle, BBD$800 (approx. US$400). In the event that the Hirer or Any Authorised Drivers damages the Vehicle, (s)he hereby agrees for himself and on behalf of said Driver(s) to duly complete and sign a Vehicle Damage Inspection Form. Where this has not been duly completed and signed where applicable, this will constitute a Breach of Agreement, thereby imposing personal liability on the responsible party/parties for all associated costs arising from the conclusions of the Vehicle Damage Inspection Form, where no Excess Waiver has been purchased.

Deductible Protection (DP) may be purchased as an additional protection along with the CDW-TPD. DP will reduce the renter's Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection deductible to 0 USD. DP is not insurance. The purchase of DP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. The CDW-TPD must be purchased to purchase DP. DP is included in the Enterprise Protection Package (EPP), and same exclusions of CDW-TPD apply to DP.

Deductible Protection (DP) will be voided if the damage is caused by driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.

Collision Damage Waiver with Theft Protection (CDW-TPD) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TPD is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional CDW-TPD for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW-TPD, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, after the deductible, during the rental period in Barbados unless you invalidate the coverage as provided in the rental agreement and/or jacket. A deductible of $1,750.00 USD will apply. CDW-TPD excludes theft and/or damage of the rims, tires and spare tires, and any interior damage such as cigarette burns, rips or stains to the upholstery or carpet and any missing accessories such as floor mats, jack and radio. If you purchase CDW-TPD, you will be required to provide an additional deposit or credit card authorization at the time of the rental in the amount of $750.00 USD plus the cost of the rental. If CDW-TPD is declined, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1 - Prepay Fuel This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at the same local fuel prices. Option 2 - We Refill This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per liters will be sold higher than local fuel prices. Option 3 - You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card must match the name and number stored for the online transaction. Credit cards honored: American Express, MasterCard, VISA An authorization on the renter’s credit card will be taken on all rentals at the time of pickup. The authorization placed on the renter's credit card will vary from $125.00 to $2,000.00 USD in addition to the full cost of the rental and will be dependent on the renter’s selection of protection products. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of the vehicle, late charges or citations incurred during the rental of the vehicle. See the policy for CDW-TP1 on the Protection Product page for deductible and authorization amounts. If the renter declines CDW-TP1 he/she will be responsible for the full value of damage to or loss of the vehicle and an authorization of $2,000.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be held on their credit card at the time of rental. Debit and or Check cards are accepted at the locations as a form of final payment. Debit and or Check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with the American Express, MasterCard, VISA logo. Cash is not accepted at this location.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license, and drivers must meet the locations minimum age requirement. Electronic or digital licenses are not accepted. In addition, all foreign renters must present their passport. Local customers must present their passport or a local government ID. International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the driver’s license, if the characters are not in English or Latin, an international driver’s permit required, or a Notarized English Translation is accepted. A Valid credit card or debit card must be presented under the renter’s name upon collection of the vehicle.

Roadside Plus (RSP) - If selected and paid for at the time of rental, Owner offers Roadside Plus, which provides roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without additional charge. RSP includes replacement of lost keys (including remote entry devices), towing (not related to an accident), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed), lockout service (if keys are locked inside the vehicle). jumpstarts, and fuel delivery service (limited supply to help reach nearest gas station). Tire damaged beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter.

Theft Protection is included in the purchase of CDW-TP.

Third Party Liablity (TPL) is included in the Time and Mileage rate. TPL provides coverage up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance. TPL coverage is subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement. This meets or exceeds the minimum financial responsibility limits - at no additonal charge to you - as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws.
