The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is 1. Additional drivers fee - 15.00 AED per day inclusive of VAT. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.

Station counter is operational 24/7 to service car rental pickups and returns.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 21. There is no maximum rental age. No additional fees apply to young drivers.

It is not permitted to cross the UAE border. Please be advised that it is not permitted to take 4 x 4s off road.

Damage Waiver with Theft Protection (CDW) reduces the excess in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. CDW is optional and if not included in the reservation, is available for purchased at the counter. The applicable excess amounts are: 1200 AED: Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard 1500 AED: Full-size Sedan, Standard SUV 2000 AED: Full-size SUV, full-size All-Terrain, Premium Special 2500 AED: Premium, Premium Elite Coupe, 4000 AED: Luxury Special, SUV and Premium Elite Crossover The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost or stolen. Customers are required to provide an official police report (in case of Damage), or an official police report and the original car key (provided at the time of rental) in case of Theft. Failure to provide an official police report (with the original car key in case of Theft) voids the CDW and the renter is liable for the full amount of damage caused, or the value of the vehicle in case of theft. CDW does not cover damages to tires, windshields, or the underbody of the vehicle during the rental unless it is part of an accident with an official police report. CDW does not cover damages whereby no third party is involved. CDW is not insurance

Damage Waiver does not cover: damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started. Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys and failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, failure to stop using the vehicle once a fault becomes known, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the UAE without our written permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, use of vehicle in a reckless manner. Airport locations will facilitate Delivery and Collection services as they operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To arrange delivery and collection service please contact 0097142203023. Delivery and Collection service is applicable at the cost 52.50 AED- within city limit and 157.50 AED- outside city limits. This service has to be pre booked 24 hours in advance. One-ways are permitted within UAE only. A drop charge may apply for some one-way rentals. This charge is quoted at the time of reservation.

As a customer, you can choose how to pay for fuel when returning the vehicle. Fuel Policy at Non-Airport locations: You may refuel the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental. If you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price. A full tank of fuel is not guaranteed. Fuel Policy at Airport Locations: You may refuel the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental. If you choose not to refuel the vehicle to the same level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price.

The cost of the rental includes Time and Distance, Unlimited Kilometers, Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Third Party Liability, VAT, VMD Vehicle Monitoring Device fee and Airport parking surcharges.

If selected and paid for, PAI Personal Accident Insurance provides Renter and Renters passengers with Accidental Death, Accident Medical Expenses and Ambulance Expense benefits. A daily premium of 10.00 AED for all groups applies.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay, Mercury, RuPay, Discovery, UPI and Jaywan are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name and valid for at least 3 months from the rental date. Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 3000 AED for all vehicle categories. The deposit will be held for a period of up to 30 days after your rental period. After 30 days, the issuing bank will automatically release the deposit amount, provided there are no post-rental charges. If the deposit is not returned to your card within this period, it is recommended to seek further assistance from the card-issuing bank.

Roadside assistance is available 24-7 by calling the number displayed in the rental car windscreen sticker. This service is free of charge. Roadside Assistance includes mechanical assistance, towing, replacement car, lockouts, lost keys and pickups. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. Roadside Assistance service does not cover breakdowns outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Driver’s License Requirement: Driver must be in possession of a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year without any endorsements and penalties. The driver's license must be valid for a minimum of one week or for the entire duration of the rental period, whichever is longer. Visitors from the below list of countries are allowed to drive in the UAE with their local valid driving license. GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar. Third Party Liability Coverage limits are AED 3,500,000 in respect of Third Party property damage and unlimited for Third Party Bodily Injury.

Failure to provide an official police report (with the original car key in case of Theft) voids ZE and CDW, and the renter is liable for the full amount of damage caused, or the value of the vehicle in case of theft. If ZE is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ZE is not insurance.
